SpinBack Promos Privacy Policy

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Spinback Promos LLC, ("SPINBACK"), collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. SPINBACK's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how SPINBACK's visitors use its website. From time to time, SPINBACK may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

SPINBACK also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on WordPress.com blogs. SPINBACK only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Subscriber Accounts

Subscribers are encouraged, but not required, to enter information about themselves, which can be displayed with their account. Presently, we will only display within our Subscriber network, your "Nickname" and the city in which you are located. If you do not want to have your location information displayed, do not enter it when you complete your subscription information form.

SPINBACK is committed to protecting the children's privacy, especially those under 13. As such SPINBACK encourages parents and guardians to be actively involved with their child or children's online browsing and interests. SPINBACK uses a PayPal, Inc. as a third party credit services provider. SPINBACK does not store at any time, any credit information to purchase or maintain a subscription to its Service. As such, SPINBACK disclaims all responsibility for credit information.

SPINBACK utilizes Google Analytics to obtain anonymized information from its user base and may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites.
